Agree 100% that we are seeing better inventory in the 800 to 1M range. Thats were some of the better deals lie. The difference between a 775K home and 825K home around here can be huge. Above 850K the deals get even better.
FWIW I dont see much of the $1M+ inventory under $800K now. The price compression we have all been expecting is defintely occuring in NCC. If you can spend more than $800K you have alot less competition.
