Let’s just say equivalent here in san diego two years ago was about $125, excluding a 20%-25% bonus annual that was almost yearly guarenteed. That’s how much someone I was managing was getting comped.Then again, I think it’s the economy.
It depends on how many years and experience. The person has about 10yrs.
Now, if this is a defense company, it will be about 10-15% lower, and probably a marginal bonus…Let’s just say that when I was a smaller architect role, my comps were more than some directors were at a defense company. Defense pay stinks, even at the C level.
