Still doesn’t end up paying the bills. Me, I would prefer to keep the person solvent and garnish his/her wages, versus an outright bk which ends up absolving the person from most of his/her liabilities… The point again is, taking a company under, isn’t gonna fix/pay for the cleanup. At most, we end up getting stuck with the bill.
Now, if I were one of the family with 11 people killed in the fire, that’s a completely different story because I could understand for wanting blood.
But let’s face it, none of the rhetoric/politicing by our government is about those 11 people (it’s interesting more sympathy appears to be on all the wildlife that’s dying then the 11 people killed imho).
