I use to rent from them. They were responsible and always got back to us quickly. The rent will go up yearly, and if anything needs to get fixed that isnt an emergency, it will take an extra day or two. But I never had any real problem with them. Their repair guy even came out and explained what he was doing/how to do it. Not really useful then, but I think itll come in handy when I eventually own and need to do some minor ‘Mr Fixit’ stuff.
