If I were betting, I’d say this “cap” isn’t going to work

Too bad the robotics aren’t good enough yet to be able to unscrew bolts. Would would be interesting if they could get robotics to actually unscrew the bolts bolting the stack they are trying to sheer from the bottom, and replace it with a new stack with a valve with the same fitting.
