Strangers don’t know this dog and if I had an “exuberant” dog coming at me after getting out of the owners control, I would tend to get “aggressively” worried if my kids are with me and in the past I was the one who got the funny looks like “WTF man, my dog is an angel”. I wonder if this dog owner has seen what happens when a dog in heat is in the vicinity?
