This might not be as easy for average folks from China. My understanding is that China has tight currency restrictions on converting into a foreign curreny. It’s not as simple as saying you want to convert renminbi into say $500Kusd..Super-rich always have their ways, but for average folks, those options are not available. Also, average C6P over there is getting their asses handed to them with the RE losses.
