Big Pharma drug stocks (PFE,LLY, SNY, BMY,AMGN)are as cheap as they have ever been.

Possibly some high quality European multinationals (e.g. NOK) are as cheap as they have even been.

BP is as cheap as it has ever been 🙂

(edit: This is by fwd PE. Surely many of these stocks were trading for less in late 2008, but then their earnings had collapsed.)
