Very useful information Kamil. Yes we had some issues with the previous agent. He did great pushing the short sale through for an approval in a few weeks, (this was on a home in CMR). However during the due diligence period there were some things we required and it was very very challenging to get them done. I had to pester the guy for two weeks after closing to get the final one done. Persistence pays off.

Very very helpful info regarding the appraisal. Andy check back with this one in July or August and maybe you can get it for a more reasonable price. I am seeing more sellers with unrealistic expectations as the market has moved up.
