Flip gone bad. I remember the day this went to trustee sale. It was bid up like a rocket. We had scoped it out and I personally drove over to do a visual. It was a trainwreck but in the span of 10 minutes there were 8 other guys scoping it with me. From the pics on the MLS it looks like they did a pretty decent job on the clean up. I never got inside that morning but I got a look in many of the windows. I did like the cul de sac location but don’t like ne pq in general. The neighbors all seemed like a good bunch though as I spoke to a few of them. As you can see the home got bid up because these guys paid 449k at trustee sale so even if they get the full price they are asking they are going to make little return if any at all. They HAD to put in some money to clean the place up as well.
If I recall correctly the backyard was thin… Nice view though but I think there was residual I15 noise as well. So in general if you are gonna be in ne pq this is a decent part of it. Not my cup of tea but it is what it is. Know that you will always be somewhat price bound by the neighborhood on the resale side. Then again, hard to buy a home of that size for that price in that condition in the more desireable parts of PQ. This is assuming they did a quality job on the rehab.
