Get more vitamin D, either the real thing by being out in the sun of take the supplement. A lot of folks are deficient. Also, I agree with scaredy about not taking prescription drugs for depression. Do not let your doc put you on anti-depressants. Even the new versions only promote more chemical dependency and might even destroy your body’s ability to produce serotonin on its own.
