Aaargh!! “Carmel Valley” (CV) is too “cookie-cutter.” Large nondescript “crackerboxes” on rather small lots – no mature trees. YUCK!! Probably very congested freeway entrances as well. Sorry, I don’t see the “draw” here. No character . . . So not for me . . . to each his own.
