2) have you done a rent vs Buy analysis? does the house make any sense on a rental basis?

3) Can you afford it on a single income?

4) Are you sure you will be there at least 5 years?

5) The reason a 20% downpayment is good is you can
mark it down 10%, and still sell and get out.
