There is some of that going on, for sure…
But it takes a different frame of mind as to what consists a good living.
If you think a house on the prairie (as suburban homes try to replicate) is the ideal then, the high cost centers won’t cut it.
The web might will allow for more self-segregation, so I believe that the “wholesome” people will move to the midwest and others will stay along the coasts.[/quote]
