I guess it depends on what is behind it. In my case real estate is a tool to achieve modest financial freedom. It is my poison of choice. I don’t know why some of these people who have a vision of renting and perhaps some other path to financial freedom are hooked(if they are). My addiction to piggington’s is less defensible.
