While the price is attractive it is without any landscaping and probably fairly bare bones. The surrounding area is less than upscale and the gate is warranted. For the right buyers its a good opportunity to get a nice new house on a decent sized lot but hardly what I call a screaming deal. Factoring in all costs to finish and move-in, there are probably recently built turnkey homes that are very comparable.
