Ah, the LV monorail.

Tracks a full block east of the Strip. So you walk 1/4 mile through a smoke-filled casino to the stop, then ride 1/2 mile to the next stop, then walk 1/4 mile through another smoke-filled casino back to the street.

Oh yeah and pay $10 or so for the privilege.
