For Sandicor MLS we cannot adjust the original list price. We can always adjust the price of a home. However in the listing template there is not an original list price field.

Also many Sellers I have worked with ASK ME for a short listing period so they do not have to be locked in a long contract. So while many of you feel it is the old realtor trick to have a short listing period so that the home can come back up on the MLS in a shorter timeframe, there are two sides to the story.
Any buyers agent worth his salt would check a full history of a listing to advise his client accordingly so little tricks like that really don’t hold much water unless the buyer has no agent or has a bonehead agent.
