la cresta is nice. probably they were thinking, dang, we have these out of control kids, maybe it will be better in the great outdoors, more room, they won’t be so irritating. I think it’s a good example of “wherever you go, there you are”. maybe this is part of their ultimate path to enlightenment. there is one real cheap listing in la cresta right now, 5 acres, decent sized house, listed at 377,000, hasn’t sold for many many months. they coulda just bought the whole dang thing for cash and been done with it if they’d read this website and had a bit of patience.
