My lease was up in Dec 09, and my office didn’t even bother notifying me about a renewal. First time in about 4.5 years. I’m month to month w/out a contract. What’s not to love? Also, they gave me a free month prior for a 12 month lease.

The building next door has the same apartment empty…..
