Im with UCGal, the 900k to 1.5 or 2M range will be dead. These were typically financed with Jumbo Loans to 2-income professional couples. These loan products are difficult to find these days.

The 1-2M market will be moribund.

The 2M + market probably depends more on where the stock market and local businesses are headed in 2010 and beyond.
