Take a look at the Mazda CX-7 or CX-9. I think it’s nicer then the Edge and has the Ford engine with a far superior Japanese designed transmission. It is not US made but it is a much nicer vehicle for the same price.[/quote]
I was considering the CX-7 but it’s a 4 banger turbo and it’s not more fuel efficient than the 3.5V6 in the Edge, and the last thing I want to deal with are turbo’s in an SUV, which needs to be pampered. CX-9 is MDX territory, not interested.
