It definitely depends on where you are. Is it high end in La Jolla or Del Mar? High end Encinitas or RSF? Poway? Scripps? There is high end in Kensington, or Mission Hills… Even high end out in places that are rural. Like sdr said it is to general a question and without specifics the answer is moot.
