Well, there are probably some lurkers, but a lot of them may be like me and not fit his requirements. From his post it looked like he was looking for something fairly serious (house shopping??) and I don’t exclusively date. Plus, the thread devolved fairly quickly into arguments about whether being a decent person means acting like a doormat, and I got bored.

Is OKCupid really that bad? I’ve had fairly good luck on it, and so have several of my male friends. Though I gather response rate is low.
