Here is what I saw on the 3 I mentioned.

1. Corporate relo from east coast putting over 50% down
2. First time buyers/young 2 income couple putting 20% down of their own money-saw bank/brokerage statements
3 Corporate attorney w/ teacher wife on job relo. FHA loan as money is tied up in another property they are holding onto.
