but im still not persuaded what the right thing to do is. I’m even scared of my paper profits in the market. i never come out ahead. the fact that I am ahead is even scary to me. I think the best thing to do is just wait as long as possible. i like the concept of 20% down, I just don’t like it now. it doesn’t feel right to me, in spite of the numbers.
