Arraya: Which “load” are we talking about? Are you talking about from a military and security standpoint, like the UN or NATO? If so, I have to be the first to point out that that setup doesn’t work so well, as evidenced by Rwanda, Somalia, the Balkans, etc.

NATO is absolutely useless, as Afghanistan has made us painfully aware and the UN is even worse (see above examples for how truly worthless the “fighting” forces of Holland, India, Pakistan are, not to mention Germany or Italy).
