Sure, but it’s possible that you meant they’d only take it so far (say to 85% of what it was). Now it’s certain you meant 100%.
That said, I don’t see why you think I misunderstood you at a general level. I contend that they’re trying their best to keep things from getting worse. You contend that they’re trying to fully resucitate things. I said then (and now), that I don’t think that they’ll be successful with that.
