How many square ft do you need to accommodate 4 bedrooms? 150 sq ft is ample for each. Older houses often have a 150 sq ft master and 100 sq ft secondaries. Personally, I’d prefer that layout to a newer 2000 sq ft home with a huge common area but only three bedrooms. You can never have too many rooms.
