I’d have to second the comment by TechyWorker. I grew up in NoVa and head back often. It was great in the ’80s, but I can no longer handle the traffic. And I’m talking about secondary streets. If I am going to pay that much for a house, I don’t want traffic on my way to the Grocery store, or more importantly, the ABC store. On the plus side, Virginia has, in my opinion, the best public University system in the country.
Also, my wife works for SAIC and the headquarter move is for her, like many who don’t work at Campus Point, a non-issue.
