I would agree with what sdr said. I do believe that more often then not the majority of transactions are not fraudulent. I also believe that yes there are problems with agents giving preferential treatment to double-ending deals, or to other agents in thier office. That sucks but unless a major systemic change is made, which will not happen, it is what it is. Still though it is irritating.
