The interesting thing about Putin is his complete lack of tact. He is old school KGB. If he does start gobbling up countries in Europe I do not expect him to tolerate Muslims based on his track record with the insurgents in some of the break aways. I would expect this to be similar to what he did when there was a hostage situation. During the Beslan school hostage crisis a group of armed terrorists, demanding an end to the Second Chechen War, took more than 1,100 people (including some 777 children[5]) hostage on September 1, 2004.On the third day of the standoff, Russian security forces stormed the building using tanks, thermobaric rockets and other heavy weapons. Ultimately, at least 334 hostages were killed, including 186 children.[7][8] Hundreds more were wounded or reported missing. Sorry Czechoslavakia, sorry Poland. Resistance is futile.
