I actually agree with this.
If we are going to have a free market system, then we need the stomach to live with the consequences and let it be.
Let the people die who need to die for lack of insurance. Don’t treat the people who can’t afford it. Period.
Either that or have the government regulate and, yes, ration insurance for the benefit of everyone.
Right now, the system is lopsided to the advantage of old people on medicare and medicaid. Take away their socialist benefits and reduce taxes on the young who are the future.
I’m all for tough love. But when you decide that’s the way to go, then live with it.

Couldn’t agree more. If the so-called fiscal conservatives want to save $, let them call for end to Medicare and Social Security. Let’s see how many of the people who ‘marched’ in DC recently will go along.
