Even if he was born abroad, as a child of a US Citizen, he is a US Citizen. (same rule as McCain, born in Panama)

well actully there is a rub, in that, as his mom was very young, she couldn’t
convey citizenship, if he was born overseas. Some odd rub, i guess from
locals banging the slutty daughters or international workers, army soldiers,
etc, that if the child was born overseas and the mom was 19 or less,
they couldn’t convey citizenship.
