Not much you can do but try to enforce the 3 day rule (um, what is this business that the truck can sit there and not move for 6 days in a row??). You might want to try and bribe him depending on how much it is worth to you I guess?

If he is ill tempered maybe he and the girlfriend will soon break up and your problem will be solved.
