Good points Eugene. We had thought we needed space so we bought an acre…ended up costing us $250+ a month for a gardner. I can’t remember what the water bill was, but it was high.

We sold and now have a smaller, more managable lot. If you pick just the right one, you can have as much privacy as an acre. We actually have *more* privacy now.
