I don’t have much details about the TS. I just see it on the forclosureradar search. It says 7/27, but I guess it was postponed.
I check sdlookup daily, and I just remember that they dropped the price on 7/27 morning.
The guy also own 5229 Timber Ranch Way (TS scheduled on 8/3) and the house is not even listed on MLS for short sale.
