I’m familiar with most of those places. I’m not interested in the 300 block. Actually I’d like to be in the 500 block on.
We’re leaning toward renting for a while to see how prices shake out.
We can only afford $1.4-$1.5M right now. We will be able to go up $300K or so in a couple of years. I’m hoping that something that is $2.3M now may be in the $1.7-$1.8M range in 3-4 years. Am I being unrealistic?
