I’m a country and I need $1billion per month to meet my obligations. I only generate $1/2 billion. I borrow the other $1/2 billion from other countries with interest. I’ve been doing this for so long that now just my interest payment on the debt is 44% of my deficit. Do I have a “robust” economy?
