Thank you for all of your sound advice. I think you all have valid points – the game has definitely changed and things aren’t like they used to be. By the time all of the inventory is cleared (foreclosures) it will be a long time and not worth the wait.

I hope I didn’t come off sounding like a whiner, but I am pissed off at trying to do the right thing and getting screwed, and seeing all of these people who are deadbeats getting rewarded.

As far as my credit goes, that’s already messed up…oh yeah – I was dropped by my insurance company during a hospital visit where I had two emergency surgeries. I’ve had a stellar few years. 🙂 ha ha, but like they say, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. These are all great life lessons.
