Aren’t you the angry one? Asking someone to quit their job because it doesn’t line up with your thinking is pretty angry sounding to me.

Constructive criticism and realistic advice is not off point, negative, etc. It’s reality. Even in nature, the animal kingdom knows about survival of the fittest.
