This is a no brainer….Spring Valley blows. I lived there for a while when I moved to the San Diego area. My neighbor sold drugs along the street. The house I was living in was broken into twice. The house across the street was broken into 4 times (I think because they took the best care of their house and it looked more promising to the crooks). The house down the street had 2 cops living in it. It was also robbed.

After taking a look at that website posted above, it looks like there is definitely a sex crime problem also. That certainly doesn’t surprise me. The only crime that I think that area is not leading in would be some form of white collar crime.
