Like i said, I didnt consider that vitriol or malicious nor was it intended to be. Expecting a large corporate america business to run efficiently or effectively is indicative of having not ever been a part of one of those ridiculous overbloated beasts. I have seen amazing things in my past careers that one who has not been a part of them hasnt and is hence naive to the reality of them.

Being a bear on a bearish RE blog is much simplier than being a realtor on a bearish RE blog. When i first arrived, i was brutalized and created this online characture to withstand it all. Those of you that have met me, know it is just that, an online characture.

Lastly, I dont think the problem is as pervasive as you think that it would justify such a system. I dont see many short sales selling a ridiculously low prices. From what I have seen the abuses by REO agents are much more egregious. I couldnt find a single REO agent that doesnt have a dramatically higher instance of dual agency sales on their REO sales than could be justified.
