Every property I have listed has offers on them and are in some stage of the short sale process. ANy offer submitted on any of them goes on the pile I have for each of them.

A property can be “not sellable” because the bank is in the way or the seller cant/wont lower their price. I do agree with one thing you said. There is nothing that price wont fix.
