Congrats !!!

I kind of like SEH, but the HOA and Mello-Roos is just too much for my tastes.

I say I am waiting for Carlsbad but really I am looking forward to a custom or spec home in Encinitas or maybe Fallbrook to come into the 50% or more off club.

Maybe it will happen (probably in Fallbrook).
