I don’t think the argument is that the existing system isn’t problematic now. It is.

The argument is that the existing system is not your only choice. Nobody here is forced to use a realtor at all. Use Redfin, or call the listing agent and work directly. Go to a trustee sale, get a hard money lender and then refinance after the purchase.

Why is it that there is this, “There are no alternatives for me” sound to some of the posts?
