My friends/family loved the weather and the relaxed atmosphere of San Diego. They commented that OC is a lot more crowded and you can’t even find parking on the weekend.
I plan to try La Jolla caves next. Kayaking there would probably be more challenging with the waves.
Actually I have ordered a permanent Yakima roof rack online last night and will try to install it this weekend. Then I will try to find a used Kayak on craiglist.
