Surveyor I am a bit puzzled. Don’t you have to recapture depreciation when the property is sold? True you can 1031 to defer until you die which is smart. Also I was under the impression of a 25k loss cap regardless of how many properties you own.

I am not expert on tax law though. Please correct my misinformation.
