You aren’t allowed to create a screen name indicating you represent a particular homebuilder then refer to them in the third person.

I was almost suspicious that the OP was also the builder and this was well written spam but the OP has been a member for 30 weeks, this is their first post, it’s rare to create a thread as one’s first venture on the boards but 30 weeks is too well planned.
