Inland Empire rents dropping like the housing market in 07. I can show you apts, bad area sfh, and good area sfh that have all dropped. Large apt complex here in Rancho Cucamonga called “Homecoming at Terra Vista” dropped their price about 20% from 06 on their 2/2 with attached garages.
They dont want to say they are dropping their prices on their website (their 2/2 with attached garage says starting $1600) But I know a freind that used to live there in 2006 for $1600 and just moved back in 09 for $1295 :)(same floor plan). It is all a nasty secret but they are dropping out here. 15% unemployment will do that to you.
